Cialis Together

Always take Cialis exactly as prescribed by your doctor or advised by the pharmacist. The recommended starting dose is one 10mg tablet taken before sexual activity.

• Take 1 Cialis Together tablet whole with water about 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity. The time the it takes for the medication to be effective may vary with each person. 
• Before taking Cialis Together avoid alcoholic drinks as they may affect the ability to achieve an erection as well as the effect of this medication

Only 1 dose of Cialis Together should be taken in 24 hours. The effect of this medicine may be last for 36 hours after taking the initial dose. If you need to take this on regular basis i.e. more than twice weekly it is advised that you speak with your doctor to get a lower daily-dose of cialis or tadalafil.

Cialis Together may not be safe if taken with other medication or recreational drugs. Please inform the prescriber if you are taking any of the listed medications.

DO NOT take Cialis Together if taking: 

• Medication called nitrates for angina (chest pain) or amyl nitrates (poppers)
• Riociguat
• Any alpha-blockers such as Doxazosin, Tamsulosin 
• Medications to treat high blood pressure
• 5 - alpha reductase inhibitor used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia
• Medication such as ketoconazole tablets and protease inhibitors used for the treatment of fungal infections, AIDs and HIV 
• Anticonvulsant medicines, such as phenobarbital, phenytoin and carbamazepine
• Medications to treat UTIs
• Anti-fungal or antibiotics such as rifampicin, erythromycin , clarithromycin or itraconazole.
