The Active Ingredient Is: L-Glutamine
L-Glutamine is an amino acid that acts as a basic building block for protein and as a fuel source for cells in the immune system and gut lining. This supplement offers pure L-Glutamine as a powder, suitable for vegetarians.
Form: pure L-Glutamine powder with no extra flavours or fillers, creating it a single-ingredient supplement option.
What Does L-Glutamine Do?
L-Glutamine participates in muscle protein synthesis and supports immune function and gut health. It also serves as a key fuel for immune cells and helps to maintain the integrity of the intestinal lining during physical stress.
Research suggests these roles are relevant for athletes and people under intense training or stress, with links to recovery processes and immune support.
