Colgate Twister Toothbrush includes a special, ribbed tongue cleaner that gets rid of bacteria that causes bad breath.
When it's time to change your toothbrush, this contains color-changing bristles that shift from blue to white.
The cushioned handle grip on the toothbrush is precisely made to provide comfort and control when using it.
The innovative cleaning tip of the Twister Toothbrush helps to clean places that are difficult to reach and is combined with medium-sized bristles that cushion against rough brushing.

Directions
Putting the Toothbrush in Place
Step 1: Beginning with the outside and inner surfaces, brush against the gum line in short, half-tooth-wide strokes at a 45-degree angle. Don't forget to brush your rear teeth.
Step2. Continue to chewing surfaces. Brush these areas back and forth while keeping the brush flat.
Step 3: Use a vertical tilt to the brush and gentle up-and-down strokes with the brush tip once you have reached the inside surfaces of your front teeth.
Step four: Make careful to lightly brush the gum line.
Step 5: To freshen your breath, brush your tongue in a sweeping motion from back to front to eliminate food particles and bacteria that cause bad breath.
Step 6: To feel extra-fresh, try lightly brushing the roof of your mouth.
