You can consume Complan hot or cold, based on your preference. It is nutritionally balanced, so you only need to add water. For a richer taste, you can add milk. Each sachet contains about 250 calories, similar to a light meal, while two sachets equal a main meal. Each sachet requires 200ml of water or milk, hot or cold. Pour some liquid into a cup, add one sachet of Complan, and mix until smooth. Add the remaining liquid while continuously stirring.
