How to Use:

Rinse your mouth with water to remove the food particles.
Fill the cap of the mouthwash to the marked line.
Rinse your mouth thoroughly with the Corsodyl Mouthwash Mint for 30 seconds.
Spit It out and do not swallow.
Rinse your mouth with water.
Use twice daily after brushing your teeth, or as directed by a dentist or physician.
Do not eat or drink anything for at least 30 minutes after using the mouthwash.

After brushing your teeth in the morning and evening, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. Then, rinse with 10ml of mouthwash for about one minute. Do not use in children under 12 years unless advised by a dentist. For gum disease, Corsodyl can be used for up to 30 days, depending on the condition's severity. For early signs of gum disease, such as bleeding or swollen gums, using Corsodyl for 5-7 days along with regular flossing and brushing can aid recovery. If unsure about the duration of use, consult your dentist or pharmacist. For mouth ulcers and oral thrush, continue using for 2 days after healing. For denture sore mouth, clean and soak dentures in the mouthwash for 15 minutes twice daily. After dental surgery or treatment, rinse as instructed by your dentist. Due to chlorhexidine creating a protective layer on teeth and gums to prevent plaque, temporary discoloration may appear on teeth and tongue. This can typically be removed by brushing and will fade after stopping treatment. Discoloration often happens when consuming foods and drinks like tea, coffee, and red wine within an hour of using the mouthwash. Other sources like beer and cigarettes can cause staining but are not linked to chlorhexidine digluconate in Corsodyl.
