Cura-penetrating Heat's heat action lasts for ten hours, and after removal, pain reduction may last another ten hours, for a total of up to twenty hours of pain relief.

Both the back and sides of the neck and shoulders receive warming comfort from the distinctive neck contouring "U-shape." Open the sachet, place it on your clothing or undergarments at the base of your neck, and let the heat radiate to the area of pain. Directions
Remove the heat patch by manually opening the sachet (do not use scissors).
Take the paper strip off.
