Make sure the skin is clean and dry where you will apply the patch. Tear open the sachet by hand and take out the heat patch. Remove the paper backing. Stick the adhesive side of the patch onto the skin over the area of pain. The patch will start to activate in 1 minute and will warm up within 5 minutes after opening. After use, gently remove the patch and throw it away with regular household trash (do not burn the patch).
