Directions
Make sure the area where the application will go on the skin is dry and clean.
Avoid using scissors when opening the packet, then take out and unfurl the heat patch.
Peel the paper strip on the back of the heat patch gently starting from both ends.
Apply the heat patch's sticky side to the skin over the sore spot.
Once the sachet is opened, the heat patch activates in under a minute and heats up in under five.
After use, carefully remove the heat patch, and then throw it away with regular trash (do not incinerate the heat patch).
