Make sure the skin is dry and clean where you will apply the patch. Open the sachet by hand, not with scissors, and take out the heat patch. Carefully remove the paper strip from both ends on the back of the patch. Place the adhesive side of the patch on the skin over the painful area. The patch will start to activate within 1 minute and will heat up within 5 minutes after opening the sachet. After use, slowly remove the patch and dispose of it with regular household waste. Do not burn the patch.

Supervise use for those unable to remove it themselves, like the elderly or physically disabled. Do not use while sleeping. Stop use if a rash appears. This patch is not for period or IBS pain and should only be used on the neck and shoulder area. For sensitive or aging skin, attach the adhesive side to clothing. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you have rheumatoid arthritis, heart disease, poor circulation, nerve damage, sensory impairment, a skin condition, or are diabetic or pregnant, to see if heat therapy is suitable for you. Do not use on children 12 years and under. Avoid using with other creams, rubs, lotions, sprays, or near other heat sources. Do not apply to areas with redness, inflammation, broken, bruised, or irritated skin. Avoid use if you have had allergic reactions to medicines or cosmetics. Do not use if bedridden or prone to skin ulcers. Keep away from liquids. Do not cut, tear, or fold the patch. Do not microwave or attempt to reheat. Do not knead the patch, as heat is released within minutes.
