How to use

Remove the Cura-Heat pack by peeling it away from the paper strip after manually opening the sachet (do not cut).
Place garments or underpants on top of the sore region.
In around 30 minutes, Cura-Heat warms up gradually and achieves its maximum temperature.
Do not open the Cura-Heat packet until you are ready to use it because it is air activated.

Tear open the sachet manually, avoiding scissors, and take out the heat patch. Remove the paper backing. Stick it to clothing or underwear over the sore spot. The patch starts working in 1 minute and heats up in 5 minutes after opening. After use, gently remove the patch and throw it away with regular trash, avoiding burning.
