Warnings

Do not use this medication if you have or have had a stomach ulcer, stomach perforation, or bleeding; are allergic to ibuprofen, any of its ingredients, aspirin, or other painkillers (allergic reactions may include shortness of breath, runny nose, skin rash, or itching); have kidney, heart, or severe liver failure; are taking more than 75mg of aspirin daily; or are in the last trimester of pregnancy.

Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using ibuprofen tablets if you are elderly, as you may be at higher risk for serious side effects, especially stomach issues; have or have had asthma, diabetes, high cholesterol, or allergies; have liver or kidney issues; have stomach or bowel disorders like Crohn€™s disease or ulcerative colitis; have Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE); or have or are at risk for heart problems, high blood pressure, or stroke. Ibuprofen may slightly increase the risk of heart attack or stroke, especially with high doses and long-term use. Do not exceed the recommended dose or treatment duration (10 days). If you have heart issues, a history of stroke, or risk factors like high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, or smoking, discuss your treatment with your doctor or pharmacist.

Avoid taking these tablets if you are on certain other medications. Consult your pharmacist or doctor if you are on regular medication, particularly: low-dose aspirin (75mg or below) as an anti-platelet agent, as ibuprofen may reduce its effect or cause stomach issues; blood thinners like warfarin; anti-platelet agents like ticlopidine; two or more NSAID painkillers, including COX-2 inhibitors; blood pressure medications (ACE inhibitors, beta-blockers, angiotensin II antagonists) and diuretics; SSRIs like fluoxetine; corticosteroids; methotrexate; cardiac glycosides like digoxin; immunosuppressants like ciclosporin and tacrolimus; mifepristone (avoid NSAIDs for 12 days after use); lithium; zidovudine; or quinolone antibiotics like ciprofloxacin.

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Do not take this medication in the last trimester of pregnancy. Consult your doctor before using ibuprofen tablets if you are in the first six months of pregnancy or breastfeeding. These tablets may temporarily affect fertility in women, but this is reversible upon stopping the medication. Occasional use
