How to take

Apply Flexiseq gel twice daily to the affected joint, typically in the morning and evening. Use enough gel to cover the soft tissue around the joint evenly. For the knee, apply 2.2 g (about a 7 cm line from the tube) twice daily. Avoid applying on the kneecap and include the area behind the knee. Allow the gel to dry before covering; it should dry within 10 minutes on clean, dry skin. If it takes longer, ensure the skin is dry and use less gel, or use a hair dryer on a low/cool setting to speed up drying. If it dries in less than 10 minutes, use more gel next time. Wash hands after application.

For the hip, find the edge of your pelvis and apply the gel about two inches below where the bone ends and soft tissue begins. Do not spread towards the buttocks, but towards the center line. Dosing for the hip varies due to joint size differences. If of average weight, use about 3 g (a 10 cm line from the tube) to cover an area the size of your hand. If above average size, apply more. The correct amount should take about 10 minutes to dry. Adjust the amount for the first few applications to achieve a 10-minute drying time, or use a hair dryer on a low/cool setting. Apply the gel twice daily to the entire affected joint, let it dry without rubbing, and do not cover until fully dry. Wash hands after application.

For the shoulder, dosing varies due to joint size and pain location differences. If of average weight, use about 2.2 g (a 7 cm line from the tube) to cover the pain area. If above average size, apply more. The correct amount should take about 10 minutes to dry, though it may remain tacky. Adjust the amount for the first few applications to achieve a 10-minute drying time, or use a hair dryer on a low/cool setting. Apply the gel twice daily to the entire affected joint, let it dry without rubbing, and do not cover until fully dry. Wash hands after application.

Welzo is not liable for allergen information. Always follow the directions/ingredients on the product packaging to ensure proper use.

Warnings

No serious side effects have been reported for Flexiseq. In clinical trials, Flexiseq caused minor skin irritations such as erythema, dry skin, and rash, which were generally mild to moderate and resolved on their own. Treatment interruption was not required. Skin and subcutaneous tissue side effects may occur after about two weeks of use but should subside within a few weeks if usage continues. If side effects persist, you may reduce the dose (e.g., from twice daily to once daily). If this does not help, you may stop using the product until the condition improves, which could take a few days. You can resume use after the skin condition improves, provided there are no signs of allergic reactions. If serious side effects occur or if you notice any unlisted side effects, contact your doctor or pharmacist. There are no known interactions with other medications.
