Adults:
- Take 7 drops up to 4 times daily in 500ml of non-chlorinated, non-fluoridated water (with or without food).
- Alternatively, mix one drop in seven glasses of water throughout the day.
- Follow healthcare practitioner’s advice and do not exceed recommended intake.

Children:
- Use half the adult dose. For very young children, reduce dosage further.
- Start with a lower dose and adjust as needed.

Pets:
- Cats and dogs: Add 1-2 drops to their drinking water.
- For other animals, adjust dosage according to size (e.g., horses need more).

Additional Notes:
