The Active Ingredient Is: Caffeine

Caffeine is a natural stimulant found in coffee beans that supports mental alertness and focus during demanding activity. It is commonly used to help maintain wakefulness and attention in healthy individuals.

This form is sourced from coffee beans, providing a bioavailable stimulant that can contribute to central nervous system activity during exercise.

What Does Caffeine Do?

Caffeine helps maintain alertness and can improve endurance and reaction speed in trained individuals, aligning with EFSA and NHS guidance on caffeine’s role in short-term cognitive and performance effects.

Dr. Grgic of the University of Zagreb found that caffeine may enhance endurance and perceived energy in performance settings, supporting its use as a legal ergogenic aid in athletic contexts.

This supplement is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
