For adults, dilute 10 drops of NutriBiotic GSE Liquid Concentrate in at least 5 ounces of water or juice, and consume 1-3 times daily, with or without meals.

For children aged 5 and up, mix 3 drops into a glass of water or juice and take 1-2 times per day.

Avoid using the concentrate undiluted in your mouth. Take 2 capsules twice a day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Most effective when taken on an empty stomach. May take up to 16 capsules a day as needed.
