Himalayan salt is a natural mineral bathing remedy that is sourced and processed naturally. Himalayan salt relaxes tired, stiff, and aching muscles, calms the nervous system, and detoxifies the body. Feel your stress float away.

How to use it:

In a hot bath, dissolve salt to a temperature of 36-40 degrees. Relax for 15 to 20 minutes and soak. Use 500g-1kg of salt per regular-sized bah for muscle relaxation. Use approximately 250g to 500g for general well-being. Because salt absorbs moisture over time, keep it sealed in a cool, dry place.

Suitable for:
Adults.
