Firmly attach the applicator to the tube nozzle. Squeeze the tube to fill the applicator up to the marked line. Detach the applicator from the tube and insert it into the vagina while in a crouching or lying position. Press the plunger until all the gel is released. After use, push the plunger to remove it from the cannula. Rinse off any leftover gel, apply a disinfectant, and rinse thoroughly. Remove any excess water. Reinsert the plunger into the cannula. Store the applicator in the box until the next use. It is recommended to expel a small amount of gel from the applicator before use to lubricate the tip. The frequency of use depends on the dryness of the vaginal mucosa. One application every three days for thirty days is suggested, unless directed otherwise. The treatment can continue during menstruation.
