The four strains are species of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium, two genera of bacteria naturally present in the human gut. The delayed-release capsule shell is intended to protect the bacteria from stomach acid so that they reach the intestine intact. The formula contains no fructo-oligosaccharides or other added fibres.
Directions
Take 1 capsule daily with a glass of water, ideally first thing in the morning. Do not take within half an hour of consuming hot food or drinks.
