DHA is a long-chain omega-3 fatty acid that fish obtain by eating marine algae; Lamberts sources it directly from the algae, so the capsule delivers the same nutrient without fish or any fishy aftertaste. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of DHA, which one capsule provides.
