Begin with either half a capsule or one full capsule taken with food. Gradually increase your intake to two capsules per day following this schedule:

- Week 1: Take 1 capsule every other day.
- Week 2: Take 1 capsule daily.
- Week 3 and onward: Take 2 capsules daily.

If taking 1 capsule every other day feels too intense, start with half a capsule, or even as little as one-quarter of a capsule if necessary. You may experience symptoms like abdominal cramping, loose stools, and changes in bowel movements. While these can be uncomfortable, they indicate that the product is effective. These symptoms should subside within 2-3 days. Children aged 6-10 years: take 1 capsule daily.
Children aged 11 years and over, and Adults: take 1-2 capsules daily as required.
