Metagenics MegaMag Night Plus is a chamomile flavoured magnesium drink powder from the practitioner brand formerly known as Nutri Advanced. Each 5.8 g scoop provides 200 mg of magnesium bisglycinate with L-theanine, L-tryptophan, hops extract, Lactium® milk protein hydrolysate and active B vitamins (P-5-P, 5-MTHF and methylcobalamin). The tub provides 30 servings, for use during the day or about an hour before bed.

Magnesium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function and a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and vitamins B6, B12 and folate also contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. L-theanine (from green tea), hops and Lactium® are included as supporting ingredients.
Directions
Mix one scoop (5.8 g) into 100–250 ml of water or juice, one to two times daily, or as recommended. Take during the day and/or one hour before bedtime.
