The Active Ingredient Is: Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs)

Branched-Chain Amino Acids are essential amino acids that play a role in muscle protein synthesis and energy production during exercise. This formulation provides the BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio of leucine, isoleucine and valine. The formula also includes electrolytes and an absorption enhancer to support overall performance and hydration during training.

What Does Branched-Chain Amino Acids Do?

BCAAs act as key substrates for protein synthesis and energy during exercise, with leucine also serving as a direct activator of pathways involved in muscle repair. Dr. Shimomura of Juntendo University found that BCAA supplementation may support faster recovery after training, alongside the role of electrolytes in maintaining hydration and performance during activity.
