Neocate LCP Infant Formula Powder is formulated without cow's milk protein and is suitable as a sole source of nutrition for infants.

Please keep in mind that this product is not intended for general use. Must be used under medical supervision and after exhausting all other feeding options, including breastfeeding.
Oral and tube feeding; if tube feeding, the hang time should not exceed 4 hours.

Warning/Caution: Careful and sanitary preparation of infant milk substitute is critical for health. Do not use more scoops than directed because concentrated feed will not provide your infant with the necessary water.

How to take

The amount of feed and its dilution should be determined solely by a clinician or dietitian, based on the infant's age, weight, and medical condition. Preparation & Administration: FOLLOW THE PREPARATION AND USE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY FOR YOUR INFANT'S HEALTH. INCORRECT PREPARATION CAN CAUSE ILLNESS. Each level scoop (4.6g) of Neocate LCP should be mixed with 30ml (about 1 fl. oz) of water to achieve the recommended concentration (13.8%). Wash hands thoroughly and clean the preparation area. Sterilize bottles and teats. Boil fresh water for 5 minutes, then let it cool for at least 30 minutes until warm to the wrist. Pour the required water into a sterilized feeding bottle. Fill the provided scoop with Neocate LCP, leveling it with a clean, dry knife. Do not pack the powder into the scoop. Use only the provided scoop. Discard any formula left in the bottle after one hour of feeding. Do not reheat formula during feeding. Add the prescribed number of Neocate LCP scoops to the water. Secure the bottle cap and shake until the powder dissolves. Before feeding, check the formula temperature by placing a few drops on the wrist.
