D-ribose is a naturally occurring five-carbon sugar that forms the backbone of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and of RNA and DNA; the body makes it from glucose. Magnesium contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal muscle function, to electrolyte balance and to normal functioning of the nervous system.

Directions

Take 1 teaspoon daily mixed well into 250–500 ml of water or juice. Before exercise, 2 teaspoons may be taken 45–90 minutes beforehand. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
