Glucosamine is an amino sugar that occurs naturally in cartilage, and MSM provides sulphur, a mineral found in connective tissue. PEA is a fatty acid amide produced naturally in the body, quercetin is a flavonoid found in onions and apples, and devil's claw is a southern African plant with a long history of traditional use.
Directions
Take 1 to 2 capsules three times daily with food. Avoid taking at bedtime. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
