N-acetyl-L-cysteine is an acetylated form of the amino acid cysteine, a building block of glutathione; L-glutathione is the tripeptide itself; and alpha-lipoic acid is a sulphur-containing compound made in small amounts by the body. The NAC is of poultry keratin origin.
Directions
