Myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol are naturally occurring sugar alcohols found in fruit, beans and grains, supplied in the 40:1 ratio found in the body. Acetyl-L-carnitine is an acetylated form of the amino acid derivative carnitine. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism, folate contributes to normal amino acid synthesis, and vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Directions
Take 1 scoop twice daily, dissolved in water or juice. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 6 months. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
