Calcium L-ascorbate is the calcium salt of L-ascorbic acid, giving a near-neutral pH rather than the acidity of plain ascorbic acid. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, cartilage, bones, teeth and gums, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Calcium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

Directions

Stir 1/4 teaspoon (1 g) into juice or water once or twice daily. If you take other medication, take this product a few hours before or after it. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
