The Active Ingredient Is: Medium-Chain Triglycerides (MCTs)

Medium-chain triglycerides are a type of fats that are rapidly absorbed and used by the body for energy. This product delivers MCTs derived from coconut and palm kernel oil, providing a pure oil form without additives.

This formulation relies on coconut and palm kernel sources to supply the MCTs, forming the main active component of the product.

What Does Medium-Chain Triglycerides Do?

Medium-chain triglycerides are metabolised more rapidly than long-chain fats, providing a quick energy source. This supports energy availability and may influence body composition through thermogenic effects, as discussed in clinical contexts.

Dr. St-Onge of the University of Colorado found that MCTs are rapidly metabolised and can contribute to energy expenditure, aligning with EFSA- and NHS-informed understanding of fat metabolism.
