Oilatum Junior has been specially designed to produce a soothing milky bath in order to treat dry skin and eczema in children and babies, and it contains light liquid paraffin. Oilatum Junior creates an emollient film on the skin in order to reduce moisture loss, rehydrate, soothe, and soften the skin. Soaps are not needed as it also cleanses the skin.

For a regular bath, use 1 to 3 capfuls. For an infant bath, use 1/2 to 2 capfuls. Soak for 10-20 minutes or sponge wet skin and rinse. Pat dry. For skin cleansing, apply a small amount to wet skin, rinse, and pat dry.
