The Active Ingredient Is: Caffeine (Anhydrous)

Caffeine functions as a buzz-inducing stimulant often used to boost mental alertness and physical performance during tough workouts.

This variant comes as anhydrous caffeine, and extra caffeine from guarana to give a steady energy source for use during training.

What Does Caffeine Do?

Caffeine helps you stay alert and support endurance during tough efforts, helping normal energy metabolism during exercise.

This lines up with EFSA-style guidance on caffeine's part in brief mental and physical performance.

Research shows caffeine can boost focus and exercise endurance when taken before activity, reflecting its part in normal body functions as part of energy production and mental sharpness.
