The Active Ingredient Is: Creatine (Tri-Creatine Malate)

Creatine is a naturally occurring compound that helps fuel energy to muscle cells during brief, intense bursts. This blend pairs creatine with malic acid in tri-creatine malate to boost solubility and uptake. This capsule-based supplement comes ready as a capsule form and is meant to boost athletic performance via better energy supply during tough workouts.

The active ingredient participates in energy production for rapid, high-intensity movements and supports muscle performance in short bursts of activity. It is recognised for its role in boosting training capacity and strength during intense exercise, with attention to digestion and uptake described for this form. This information lines up with EFSA expectations for creatine use to support performance in high-intensity activity.
