The supplement PGX Daily softgels can be consumed with or without food, accompanied by a glass of water (8-16 oz. or 1-2 cups) or as instructed by a healthcare provider. In the first week, 1 softgel should be taken three times a day. In the second week, the dosage can be increased to 2-3 softgels, also taken three times a day. Starting from the third week, 4 softgels can be taken three times a day. Place 1/2 to one level scoop of powder under the tongue and allow the powder to dissolve or dissolve in a liquid and drink immediately (do not store unused liquid).
