- Adults: Take 3 softgels daily. A 90-capsule bottle will last 30 days.
- Children and sensitive individuals: Start with 1 softgel daily. The softgel can be punctured to release the oil for young children.
- Pregnant and nursing mothers: Consult a healthcare professional before use.

Start with a low dose and gradually increase. Rosita is potent; begin with 1 softgel or less every other day to assess its effects on your body and find the right dosage. The normal course is to begin with an ‘intensive course’ of 2-capsules every day for 30-days (that’s 60 capsules in total) and to then proceed each additional month at 2-capsules each day for 10-days (that’s 20 capsules in-total). To give a specific date\, we would recommend using the last 10-days of the month that follows the end of the intensive course.
A small number of people with special needs may require a doubling of the above doses\, i.e. 2-capsules twice daily for 30-days\, followed by 2-capsules twice daily for 10-days each month.
