Take one capsule twice a day on an empty stomach with 8 oz. of water, or as advised by your healthcare provider. Alternatively, one capsule can be taken with meals to help digest proteins. Spray between five and ten sprays around the body and massage well into the skin to stimulate absorption. After a shower or bath is a great time to apply as the skin is warm and the pores are open which aids absorption.

Apply anywhere on the body avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes.

For training support - Apply a minimum of 10-20 sprays\, morning and night to help restore magnesium levels. Increase dosage during intense training.

For recovery - Apply to muscle area and thoroughly massage into the skin. Repeat as often as required and keep area warm.
