The Active Ingredient Is: Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra)

Licorice root is an herb commonly used in traditional systems to modulate stress responses and support relaxation. This ingredient is part of a broader herbal blend intended to aid with a calm, restful state.

This formula includes licorice root among other botanicals and components that are described as supporting relaxation and nervous system balance, with a focus on traditional use and bioavailable formulations described in the product facts.

What Does Licorice Root Do?

Licorice root is traditionally associated with supporting relaxation and a modulated stress response. Scientific context notes its use for calming effects and potential adrenal function support, though robust teen-specific clinical data are limited.

The combination in this product relies on licorice root along with other ingredients to support the intended calming effect and promote a night of restful sleep, as described in the product literature.
