Place your middle three fingers on the inside of your wrist, aligning the edge of the third finger with the wrist crease. The Nei-Kuan point is located just below the edge of your index finger between the two central tendons. Position the Sea-Band wristband button facing downward over the Nei-Kuan point. Repeat this for the other wrist. To be effective, a Sea-Band wristband must be worn on each wrist. You can wear Sea-Bands before or after starting your travel.
