Direction for use Sensodyne Pronamel Mouthwash:
Always read the label and use it twice a day. Take 10 ml and rinse for 1 minute before spitting out. Avoid swallowing. Rinse with no water. Do not consume from the bottle.

Warnings of Sensodyne Pronamel Mouthwash: Children under the age of 12 should not use this product unless advised to do so by a dental professional or doctor.
