Take 4 capsules daily, divided into two servings of 2 capsules each. On training days, take the first serving 30 minutes before training and the second serving immediately after training. On non-training days, take the first serving 30 minutes before your first meal and the second serving at bedtime. Wash down each serving with 300 ml of water.
