Take 4 capsules daily, washing down with approximately 300 ml of water. On workout days, take 4 capsules 30 minutes before your workout. On non-workout days, take 2 capsules twice a day, preferably 30 minutes before meals. Store in a dry place at 15–25°C, tightly closed and out of reach of children.
