Take one capsule of Trec Nutrition Vit C 1000 daily, preferably after the main meal, with approximately 300 ml of water. Store in a cool, dry place, tightly closed, and out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Not suitable for children, pregnant or lactating women. Avoid high doses of vitamin C (over 500 mg) if predisposed to kidney stones or suffering from nephrolithiasis, and in cases of iron metabolism disorders.
