Take 1 capsule of VITA C BIOFLAV + ZINC with 300 ml of water, three times daily, preferably after meals. Store in a dry place, in a closed container, at a temperature between 15-25°C, out of reach of children, and protected from light and moisture. After opening, consume within 3 months. Warning: Not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Individuals prone to kidney stones or with iron metabolism disorders should avoid high doses of Vitamin C (over 500 mg). Tartrazine may adversely affect the activity and attention of children.
