Our products are meant to make you feel healthy and at your best. If you need to return your item, you can do so free of charge within 30 days in the same original and unopened packaging. Subject to T&C's.

Instructions for use in ears: Use an ear cleaner to remove any discharge from the ear canal. With the provided syringe, apply the appropriate amount based on size (Small dog/cat: 1ml, Medium dog: 3ml, Large dogs: 5ml). Massage the ear base and let the product remain in the ear canal for 5-10 minutes. Use a cotton pad to remove any excess. Apply the selected antibiotic solution. Repeat daily for two weeks, then reassess and continue as necessary.

Instructions for use on the skin: Depending on the issue, apply the product using one of the following methods: Directly syringe the liquid onto the skin to cover the affected area and massage it in. Alternatively, soak a gauze with the solution and place it on the affected area for 10 minutes.
