The Active Ingredient Is: L-Glutamine

L-Glutamine is basically a conditionally essential amino acid that acts as a crucial fuel source for rapidly dividing cells and helps repair and recovery of tissue. This version is micronised L-Glutamine, made with high purity in UK GMP-certified facilities and sold as the single active ingredient with no fillers.

This formula centres on highly purified L-Glutamine, and the broader context highlights its role in assisting muscle recovery, immune function, and gut lining integrity during training stress.

What Does L-Glutamine Do?

L-Glutamine helps to support muscle protein synthesis and tissue repair, and helps maintain gut barrier integrity and immune function during intense exercise, which aligns with EFSA-style nutrient function thinking. Dr. Wang from the University of California found evidence backing its role in gut health and immune support during athletic stress.

Overall, the nutrient helps normal physiological functions tied to recovery and gut health in active people.
