L-Leucine is a branched-chain amino acid that helps muscle metabolism and protein synthesis as part of everyday biology. This form is the leucine-heavy piece found in this mix to help guard lean muscle during training and dieting, with other ingredients added to support overall energy.

L-Leucine helps trigger muscle protein synthesis, and contributes to keeping lean muscle during calorie cutbacks or heavy workouts. This mechanism lines up with research noted by Dr. Norton from Nottingham University [which is cited in the study].

The info shows its job in everyday muscle work and metabolism, as part of a broader supplement formulation including complementary ingredients.
