Description

Sirdupla for Asthma & Breathing Problems

Asthma is a condition that primarily affects the lungs and can cause a range of breathing difficulties. Asthma often occurs after exposure to a trigger, however, it can happen randomly. Triggers may include common allergies to pollen or animal dander, infections, environmental changes or from exercise.

Sirdupla is a prescription medicine used for the treatment of breathing problems such as asthma. Sirdupla can help to stop symptoms such as breathlessness and wheezing; however, it should not be used to relieve these sudden attacks. This medicine is intended for use by adults aged 18 years and over. There are several underlying medical conditions and medications that should not be taken with this medicine. Consult with your doctor before use.

What is Sirdupla and how does it work?

Sirdupla contains two active substances that can provide long-lasting effects. Salmeterol, which is a long-acting bronchodilator and fluticasone propionate which is a glucocorticosteroid that can reduce swelling and irritation in the lungs.

This is not a reliever inhaler and should not be used to stop sudden attacks of breathlessness or wheezing.
