This product is designed for children aged 2 months to 6 years and is for oral use only. It helps reduce fever after vaccinations at 2, 3, and 4 months—refer to the leaflet in the box for details. For pain relief and other fever causes, consult the dosing tables. Shake the bottle for at least 10 seconds before use and always use the provided syringe. Do not exceed the recommended dosage on the label. If your child's condition does not improve, consult a doctor.

For children aged 2-3 months: Administer 2.5 ml. If needed, a second 2.5 ml dose can be given after 4-6 hours. Do not administer to infants under 2 months. Only give if the baby weighs over 4 kg and was born after 37 weeks. Ensure at least 4 hours between doses and do not exceed 2 doses. This helps in quickly identifying serious infections. If fever persists after two doses, consult a doctor or pharmacist.

For children aged 3 months to 6 years:
- 3-6 months: 2.5 ml, up to 4 times in 24 hours.
- 6-24 months: 5 ml, up to 4 times in 24 hours.
- 2-4 years: 7.5 ml (5 ml + 2.5 ml), up to 4 times in 24 hours.
- 4-6 years: 10 ml (5 ml + 5 ml), up to 4 times in 24 hours.

Do not exceed 4 doses in any 24-hour period and maintain at least 4 hours between doses. Do not use this medicine for more than 3 days without consulting a doctor or pharmacist.
