Adults: Begin with one scoop (0.8 grams, 224 billion CFUs) of probiotic powder each morning on an empty stomach, ideally 30 minutes before eating. Dissolve it in de-chlorinated water and drink. Do this once daily for 3-5 days. If results are unsatisfactory, increase to two scoops daily—one in the morning and one at bedtime. If necessary, after a week, increase to three scoops per day. The maximum recommended dosage is four scoops daily. Dosage can be reduced or paused if needed.

Children: Start with one baby scoop (0.1 gram, 25 billion CFUs) of probiotic powder in the morning on an empty stomach. Dissolve it in water and have your child drink it. Maintain this dosage for 3-5 days. If results are insufficient, increase to one scoop in the morning and another at bedtime for a week. If still not effective, raise to two scoops twice daily—morning and bedtime. Dosage can be adjusted or paused as needed.
