How to Use:
Measure out the recommended dose: The recommended dose of Fybogel Hi-Fibre Orange Flavoured Laxative Sachets is one sachet per day, or as directed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Pour the sachet into a glass of water: Empty the contents of the sachet into a glass of water. Stir until the powder is fully dissolved in the water.
Drink the mixture: Drink the mixture immediately.
Repeat as directed: Repeat the process daily, or as directed by your healthcare provider.

Add the specified amount (refer to dosage instructions below). Mix thoroughly and consume immediately, ideally after meals. Do not ingest without water. Ensure a gap of at least 30 minutes before or after taking other medications, and avoid taking it right before bedtime. For adults and children over 12 years: Use one sachet in the morning and one in the evening, ideally after meals. For children aged 6 to 12 years: Administer half to one level 5 ml spoonful based on size and age, morning and evening, ideally after meals. Not suitable for children under 6 years. If symptoms persist or there is no bowel movement after 3 days, seek medical advice.
