Fill a glass with about 150ml (quarter pint) of cold water. Add the specified amount (refer to dosage below). Mix thoroughly and consume immediately, ideally after meals.

For Adults & Children over 12: Use one sachet or 2 level 5ml spoonfuls of Fybogel Orange in the morning and one in the evening, or follow your doctor's instructions.

For Children aged 6-12: Use half to 1 level 5ml spoonful, morning and evening, based on age and size. If there is no bowel movement after three days of treatment, consult a doctor.

For Children under 6: Use only under medical advice, with half to 1 level 5ml spoonful, morning and evening, based on age and size.

Do not consume Fybogel Orange without water. If an overdose occurs, drink plenty of water. If symptoms continue, consult a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
