Product Description

The root of the plant contains curcumin, the substance that gives turmeric its bright yellow colour. Curcumin is the most vital component of turmeric. Each pill contains the equivalent of 10g of culinary turmeric thanks to the 95% curcumin content of the highly concentrated turmeric root extract utilised in these tablets (or two heaped teaspoons). The tablets are coated for easy swallowing and tasteless.

Some turmeric supplements on the market only contain regular culinary turmeric, offering 400 mg (or 0.4 g) per tablet, which is far less than the dosage used in the studies that have sparked so much interest in this intriguing spice.

Directions
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, men 18 years and older.
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal if you are a woman over 50.
Don't go beyond the daily dose advised.
A diversified diet should not be replaced by food supplements.
Do not take if you are attempting to get pregnant, nursing, or pregnant.
